THE JUMP DOCTOR™ PERFORMANCE PROFILE

KNOW WHERE YOU STAND.
KNOW WHAT TO WORK ON.

Measure your strength, jump, acceleration, and change-of-direction performance. Then receive an individualized profile that makes your results clear and identifies your next development priorities.

First targeting testing day: Saturday, November 7 • 4 athletes per group

Joining the list is free. A testing spot is reserved only after registration and payment open.

THE FRAMEWORK

MORE THAN A NUMBER
ON A JUMP TEST.

Athletic development requires precision. Our structured 3-stage evaluation moves athletes from raw data capture to diagnostic clarity and targeted training focus.

STAGE 1

See your results

Document measured strength, jump, speed, and change-of-direction performance with objective, laser-calibrated tracking protocols.

STAGE 2

Understand your profile

Learn what the results suggest about your current physical performance, with interpretation appropriate to the available data.

STAGE 3

Choose your focus

Use The Jump Doctor™ Prescription to guide a small number of training priorities and establish a baseline for retesting.

PROTOCOL METRIC SUITE

A CLEARER PICTURE OF
ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE.

Elite movement is not sport-exclusive. Whether breaking toward the rim, cutting on grass, or reacting on court or turf, raw power and deceleration mechanics dictate match readiness across all competitive disciplines.

The Jump Doctor™ protocol uses laboratory-grade timing and dual force plates to capture objective benchmarks: isolating reactive power, lateral symmetry, linear velocity, and eccentric braking capacity with zero subjective guesswork.

  • Field Sports: Soccer, Football, Lacrosse, Baseball

  • Court Sports: Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis

  • Track & Field: Sprint and Jumping Events

  • Figure Skating, Gymnastics, & Dance

1. JUMP PERFORMANCE

Standing vertical, approach vertical, and horizontal broad jump profiles to assess triple extension and explosive ground reaction force.

2. ACCELERATION

Laser-gated 10 m split times calculating initial drive phase, first-step propulsion, and rate of velocity accumulation from a static start.

3. CHANGE OF DIRECTION

Standardized 505 agility tests comparing left vs. right plant-and-cut efficiency, measuring deceleration capacity and bilateral symmetry.

4. FORCE-PLATE INSIGHTS

Direct kinetic data: mid thigh pull for max force output, peak propulsive force, eccentric rate of force development (RFD), and ground contact times filtered into coach-actionable metrics.

WHAT THE ATHLETE RECEIVES

RESULTS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND.
DIRECTION YOU CAN USE.

Every athlete leaves with an individualized, scientific profile. We turn complex biomechanical data into clear, actionable training directives built for real athletic progression.

  • Clearly labeled, verified record of all metric and jump output results
  • Individualized PDF Performance Profile formatted for coaches and scouts
  • Coach-reviewed explanation of force signatures and kinetic strengths
  • The Jump Doctor™ Prescription with up to 3 targeted development priorities
  • An objective baseline established for tracking future athletic gains

OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL

COMMON QUESTIONS

The Jump Doctor™ Performance Profile is a pure sports science diagnostic protocol, engineered to isolate power leaks and establish precise athletic baselines before you invest in further programming.

Is this a private 1-on-1 session?

No. Testing is conducted in tightly structured 4-athlete shared micro-groups. This setup fosters an energetic, competitive testing environment while guaranteeing high-precision individualized measurement on every trial.

Does joining the waitlist reserve an official spot?

No. Adding your name to the priority list gives you first access when registration windows open. Official slots are secured strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon completed registration.

Is the Jump Doctor™ Performance Profile a training program?

No. The JDPP is a comprehensive diagnostic assessment, not an ongoing workout routine. It pinpoints your exact physical outputs and mechanical priorities so you know exactly what to target in your regular training.

When and how will I receive the final report?

Your comprehensive digital profile and custom diagnostic breakdown will be delivered electronically following your testing session. Specific turnaround timelines are confirmed during registration.

Who is this assessment designed for?

The protocol is built for athletes looking for an objective, laboratory-grade baseline of their multi-directional power, force-velocity profile, and neuromuscular efficiency.

Is the November 7th testing date confirmed?

November 7th is our targeted initial testing date at Elevate Sports Performance. Confirmed time slot availability and scheduling windows will be released directly to waitlist members first.
